🔹 1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or refund requests under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or not as described at the time of delivery.

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition with original packaging and tags.

  • You contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.

  • You provide photo or video proof of the issue (if applicable).

  • The item is not part of the non-returnable categories (see below).


🔹 2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are damaged/defective:

  • Personal care or hygiene items

  • Opened accessories or used products

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Discounted or clearance products (final sale)


🔹 3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and a clear reason for your request.

  3. Attach photos/videos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

  4. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and guide you through the process.


🔹 4. Return Shipping

  • If your return is approved, we will arrange a courier pickup or ask you to return the product via a trusted local courier.

  • In cases where the issue is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer bears the return shipping cost.


🔹 5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (card, bank, or wallet) within 7-10 working days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit upon confirmation of your bank details.

  • If you'd prefer an exchange instead of a refund, let us know in your return request.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

  • If the order is already dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You can follow the return process after receiving the item.
