For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are damaged/defective:

🔹 3. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund:

Contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 3 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number and a clear reason for your request.

Attach photos/videos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and guide you through the process.
🔹 4. Return Shipping

If your return is approved, we will arrange a courier pickup or ask you to return the product via a trusted local courier.

In cases where the issue is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer bears the return shipping cost.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (card, bank, or wallet) within 7-10 working days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit upon confirmation of your bank details.
